OpenAI named only 11 of the 26 October markets. Ecuador and Uruguay appear on OpenAI's help-center availability list, according to one agency that checked it413.

How buying differs by market

Buying access hasn't always arrived with a new market. For the 26 October countries, OpenAI says advertisers can use technology partners or self-serve Ads Manager4. OpenAI opened self-serve in Europe, India, the Middle East and North Africa on August 315. OpenAI described Mexico and Brazil as its first Spanish- and Portuguese-language ad markets4.

In every market, ads appear only for logged-in adults on the Free and Go plans3.
